All our services are managed from our main office in Aberdeen, which also houses our purpose-built training facility and conference rooms.

Having previously worked offshore as a Project Manager, Kenny joined the company in 1994 and started working alongside his father George. By 1995 Kenny had taken over the day-to-day running of the business expanding it from a two-employee company into the 20+ employees that work worldwide today.

Robbie worked for a mud company prior to joining Swan & Co. as one of Kenny's first employees. He has been with the company the longest (with the exception of Kenny) and is known as "The Oracle". It doesn't matter how long ago he was onboard a vessel, he'll be able to inform you if the vessel had any issues and what to look out for, recalling the smallest of details. This makes him a major asset when it comes to training our own surveyors as well as any personnel we train for our international clients.

Darren joined the team in October 2011 having previously worked as a brine engineer. Holding an honours Degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and having completed his NEBOSH - NGC and Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety he has served as the company's QHSE Manager since July 2015. Darren has worked on projects all over the world in locations including Azerbaijan, Brunei, Trinidad and different parts of Africa.

Lindsey has several years' experience in financial and administration managerial roles, as well as knowledge in logistics prior to joining Swan & Co. in 1998.

Karen joined us in 2007 as our Receptionist, having held similar roles in the industry. She now works as our Operations Assistant, working closely with the duty surveying team on the day-to-day operations and with Lindsey for weekly and monthly reports. She is also actively involved with the Aberdeen Sea Cadets.
